FlowBase is a digital software service provided by Excelsior Labs. We do not sell or ship physical products. Therefore, no physical shipping charges apply.
Service delivery
Access to FlowBase is provided electronically after successful registration and, where applicable, confirmation of subscription payment.
Customers can access the service using the account created during registration. Account and payment confirmations may also be sent to the registered email address.
Delivery time
Access is normally available immediately after successful registration or payment. In some cases, payment verification, maintenance, or technical issues may cause a delay.
Access problems
If you complete a payment but cannot access FlowBase, contact us with your registered email address and payment details.
