Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your FlowBase subscription at any time. To request cancellation, contact Excelsior Labs using the email address registered with your FlowBase account.
Access after cancellation
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You may continue using the paid features of FlowBase until that date.
Your subscription will not renew after the cancellation becomes effective, and no further subscription payment will be collected.
Account data
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your FlowBase account or its data. If you also want your account and associated personal data deleted, include that request in your email.
Refunds
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically result in a refund. Refund eligibility is explained in our Refund Policy.
Request a cancellation
Email your cancellation request from your registered email address and include your account or subscription details.
